- Design and implement effective learning programs
- Collaborate on needs assessments for learning objectives
- Develop engaging training materials for user adoption




- Coordinate change management activities for projects
- Facilitate workshops for vision setting and impact analysis Requirements:
- University degree in Education, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years in change strategy execution and learning program delivery
- Knowledge of change management frameworks and practices
- Experience creating engaging communications and training materials
