Vous travaillerez sur les médias sociaux, l’engagement communautaire, les événements et les programmes d’ambassadeurs, en contribuant à de vraies campagnes avec un impact réel. Gestion des médias sociaux Planifier, créer et programmer du contenu sur Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok et YouTube Rédiger des captions, trouver des visuels et collaborer sur des concepts de vidéos courtes Suivre les indicateurs de performance et identifier ce qui fonctionne (et ce qui fonctionne moins bien) Soutenir la planification et la logistique des salons, journées démo, lancements et sorties communautaires Capturer du contenu lors des événements pour une utilisation marketing Suivre la performance des ambassadeurs et contribuer au suivi du ROI du programme Coordonner les activations conjointes, le contenu collaboratif et les initiatives de co-marketing Assurer le suivi des communications et de la performance des partenariats Soutenir la stratégie d’audience : segmentation, conventions de balisage et hygiène des listes Suivre les indicateurs (taux d’ouverture, clics, engagement) et analyser la performance des campagnes Support marketing général Contribuer aux brainstormings et aux sessions de planification créative Soutenir les mises à jour du site web et divers projets ponctuels Maintenir les bibliothèques d’actifs marketing et la documentation des lignes directrices de marque Études en cours ou récemment complétées en marketing, communications,

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team and get hands-on experience across the full breadth of marketing at a growing EV company. You’ll work across social media, community engagement, events, and ambassador programs, contributing to real campaigns with real impact.

Social Media Management

Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Draft captions, source visuals, and collaborate on short-form video concepts Monitor channels, engage with the community in Taiga’s voice, and respond to inbound questions Monitor relevant subreddits (snowmobiling, powersports, EVs, marine, outdoor recreation) andparticipate in conversations authentically Identify trending topics and community sentiment to inform messaging Track performance metrics and flagwhat’s working (and what isn’t)



Community Events & Activations Support planning and logistics for trade shows, demo days, launch events, and community rides Coordinate materials, swag, and in office needs with internal teams and vendors Capture content at events for social and marketing use Help with post-event reporting and follow-up Maintain ambassador communications, content calendars, and deliverable tracking Coordinate product seeding and ensure ambassadors have what they need to create content Track ambassador performance and report on program ROI Support partnership outreach, negotiations, and agreement tracking Coordinate co-marketing activations, joint content, and cross-promotion Maintain partnership communications and performance reporting Draft copy, source visuals, and QAsends across devices and email clients Support audience strategy: segmentation, tagging conventions, and list hygiene Track open, click, and engagement metrics and report on campaign performance General Marketing Support Contribute to campaign brainstorms and creative planning sessions Support website updates and ad hoc projects as needed Helpmaintain marketing asset libraries and brand guidelines documentation Degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field Active and genuine presence on social media; Solid writing skills with an eye for tone and brand voice Comfortable with Reddit and online community culture Energized by in-person events and building relationships on the ground Interest in EVs, powersports, or the outdoor industry is a strong plus Experience with Mailchimp (or similar email marketing platforms) is a plus Experience with tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Later, or similar is a bonus Real ownership of projects at a company building category-defining products Exposure to the full marketing mix, from content creation to event production to influencer management Taiga values diversity in hiring and in its workforce, and welcomes applications from people with diverse backgrounds, education, and experience.
