Position PurposeThe Pricing & Procurement Analyst will support our internal Sales and Procurement teams. Ensuring the accuracy of pricing, sales orders and system data. Depending on the right candidate, this role may work out of our Burlington, Mississauga or Vaughan branches.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare customer pricing documentationPrepare vendor pricing documentationManage the pricing and quotations for specialty productsAssist in the process of onboarding new vendorsPrepare accurate quotes and support the sales team with timely order entry and documentationUtilize ERP systems (Business Central) to track customer orders and maintain an accurate customer databaseCommunicate needs, concerns, competitive activities, and demand for products to the team to drive initiativesProvide sales activity reports to management as requiredBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfactionUphold company standards as it relates to sales ethics, and anti-trust & competition lawsSkills & QualificationsMinimum 2–3 years of experience in a sales support or coordination rolePrevious experience or exposure to building supplies or construction industry considered a strong assetPrevious experience dealing with ERP systemsExcellent verbal and written skills, with a focus on customer serviceAbility to build and maintain long-term client relationshipsExceptional accuracy, attention to detail, time management, and organizational skillsStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues and handle logistical challenges efficientlyCompensationThe (range of) compensation for this position is $60,700.00 to $71,600.00Job LocationGMS Family of Locations - Burlington 4331 Mainway Burlington, ON L7L 5N9BenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, Disability & Life InsuranceWellness BenefitsGroup RRSPEmployee Stock Purchase ProgramPaid Holidays & Vacation DaysProfessional Growth OpportunitiesDevelopment & Training ProgramsMedical, Dental, Vision,
