Reporting to the Manager, Contract Management, the Senior Contract Manager is responsible for the life cycle of post award contracts of complex goods and services arrangements between Canadian exporters and foreign government buyers. What you’ll be doing Manages moderate to high complexity contract lifecycle (terms and conditions, cost, schedule, performance obligations) of export contracts from award through to close processes including financial arrangements and managing exporter and buyer issues and relationships Provides input to business development on contract structuring based on past practices Leads meetings with exporters and buyers in support of negotiations and issue resolution including contract amendments and changes Provides input on exporter performance for formal review processes; provides advice, expertise and guidance to exporters to support success in pursuits and delivery Updates project-specific financials to track progress and identify risks; develops mitigation plans including invoicing and
