Project Manager - PLCs and SCADA systems Programming Full-time position in the London office, Ontario, with a hybrid work arrangement. Compensation: CAD 110,480 - CAD 151,910 yearly, based on experience. Sector: Operational & Digital Technologies. Key Responsibilities Proactively manage all elements of automation, controls, and IT/OT projects including budget, schedule, and scope to deliver for clients. Build and mentor a team of automation professionals, including system integrators and I&C; designers. Provide technical direction to team and project stakeholders. Work with network professionals to support IT/OT services including cybersecurity. Collaborate in multi-disciplinary workplace with process, electrical, and mechanical engineers for large-scale upgrades. Manage local client base, responding to client needs. Cross-sell other services beyond automation to client base. Support delivery of capital upgrades and maintenance services. Assist manager with labor forecasting for ongoing and future projects. Respond to RFPs and tenders, developing cost estimates and proposals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or 3-year college electrical technology program. License to practice Engineering in Ontario (P.Eng designation or eligibility) is considered an asset. 10+ years of progressive hands-on experience programming PLCs and SCADA systems.



5+ years of management experience on top of hands-on experience. Demonstrated project management experience is an asset. Understanding of design documentation process and engineering drawings/specifications for procurement. Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously. Hands-on background in PLC programming for vendors such as Rockwell, Emerson (RX3i) is an asset. HMI/SCADA experience with platforms such as AVEVA (InTouch or System Platform), iFIX, Ignition, Rockwell FactoryTalk is an asset.
