As a Child Care Leader (RECE) at YMCA of Southwestern Ontario, you will play a crucial role in shaping the lives of young children aged 0-6 through cultivating an engaging and nurturing program. Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver child-centered programs using YMCA curriculum
- Mentor program educators and support supply staff daily




- Ensure cleanliness and organization in classrooms
- Provide compassionate care for children and families
- Maintain safety and supervision of children at all times Requirements:
- Registered member with the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE)
- Experience in licensed childcare as an RECE
- Current Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification
- Vulnerable Criminal Reference Check (within 6 months)
