Charter Telecom seeks a Managed Services Delivery Expert based in Calgary to manage daily operations, client relations, and proactive network management within our CMS. You will act as SME for client environments, maintain runbooks, and ensure SLA adherence.
The successful candidate will have 5+ years in MSP/VAR environments, Cisco/Fortinet/Extreme expertise, and relevant NSE/CCNP-type certifications or working toward them. Hybrid work model with in office client engagements.
