You will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, representing the company with professionalism, credibility, and a strong understanding of the custom home building process. Your focus will be on building relationships,



qualifying current opportunities, and setting the tone for a high‑quality client experience from the very first conversation. Alongside the sales function, you will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the office, ensuring communication, scheduling, and workflow remain organized and efficient.

Business Development & Client Relations: Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts Assist with proposals, estimates, and contracts Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the building process Office Management: Assist in administrative tasks, including scheduling, document management, and correspondence Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams Support project management ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently Experience in sales, preferably in real estate, construction, or home building Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
