Landev Consulting is a growing civil engineering firm working across BC's Sunshine Coast and Sea-to-Sky corridor. We are opening a new Squamish office and are looking for a Civil Project Engineer to help establish our presence in the region. Our team has delivered Squamish projects including SEAandSKY, Garibaldi Springs, Sirocco, and The Main.This is a multi‑role position suited to someone who likes variety, ownership, and a rapid‑moving small team. It is not pure design and not pure project management.ResponsibilitiesDesign civil land development projects: subdivisions, servicing, stormwater and drainage, and municipal infrastructureProduce design and drafting in Civil 3DConduct site and construction inspections across the Sea-to-Sky corridorSupport municipal approvals such as permits and rezoning, and coordinate with the District of Squamish, Town of Gibsons,



and the SCRDCoordinate servicing with utilities such as BC HydroOptionally take on project management responsibilitiesQualificationsP.Eng registered with EGBC, or an EIT with a few years of experience working toward licensureMinimum 3 years of civil engineering experience; land development experience an assetProficiency in Civil 3DFamiliarity with MMCD standards; equivalent municipal experience considered for those new to BCValid driver's licence for site inspectionsLegally entitled to work in CanadaWhat we offerSalary of $80,000 to $110,000 per year, based on experience and licensureThe opportunity to help launch and shape a brand new officeVaried work with autonomy to run your own projectsLife in Squamish, with mountains, trails, and water nearby#J-18808-Ljbffr
