This role includes overseeing clinical cytogenetics services, managing case sign-out processes, and facilitating educational opportunities for medical students and residents. You'll also engage in exciting research projects, particularly in next-generation sequencing methodologies. Key Responsibilities:

- Direct daily operations of clinical cytogenetics diagnostic service
- Oversee laboratory case sign-out including FISH and SNP microarray




- Provide technical and analytical troubleshooting expertise
- Develop new assays and testing methodologies
- Teach medical students and pathology residents. Requirements:
- MD, PhD, or MD/PhD degree in relevant fields
- Board certification in Clinical Cytogenetics and Genomics preferred
- Proven experience in constitutional and cancer cytogenetics
