Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CNC Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team with FLEXIBLE WORKING HOURS. In this role, you will operate, set up, and maintain a variety of CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to produce precision components and parts. Your expertise in CNC programming, blueprint reading, and mechanical knowledge will be essential to ensure high-quality production standards.

Duties

- Operate CNC machinery such as CNC milling machines and CNC lathes with precision and efficiency.
- Program CNC machines using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) files and CNC programming software to produce accurate parts.
- Set up machines by installing tooling, calibrating equipment, and verifying machine parameters before production runs.
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure parts meet quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment and troubleshoot issues using mechanical knowledge and hand tools.
- Conduct quality control inspections utilizing calipers, measuring tapes, and other inspection tools to verify dimensions and tolerances.
- Support manufacturing processes by welding, assembling components,



or operating auxiliary equipment such as forklift trucks or press brake machines when needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to safety protocols; assist in packaging finished products for shipment.

Qualifications

- Proven experience operating CNC machinery such as CNC milling machines and CNC lathes in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming languages like Fanuc or similar control systems.
- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and use measurement tools including calipers accurately.
- Mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience using hand tools for machine setup and maintenance.
- Familiarity with CAD software such as SolidWorks or similar design programs is preferred.
- Basic math skills necessary for precise measurements and calculations during machining processes.
- Knowledge of welding techniques, blueprint reading, quality control procedures, and manufacturing standards is highly desirable.
- Experience working with warehouse operations adds value.

Pay: Up to $40.00 per hour
