We are looking for a commercially minded and analytical Commercial Manager to join our Finance team and play a key role in supporting franchisee financial performance across the business.

Financially Critical Bakery Support

Monitor cash flow and financial performance of at-risk franchisee locations Identify financial risks early and support the development of recovery plans Provide regular financial risk reporting to Finance and Operations leadership Banking Relationships Support relationships with preferred banking and lending partners Assist franchisees in navigating financing options and lender connections Maintain and update franchisee financing resources and documentation Maintain gate tracking documentation, approvals, and pipeline reporting Partner with Franchise Development and Legal teams to support smooth execution of the process Assess financial viability, credit profiles, and business plans Prepare recommendation reports highlighting financial strengths and risks Multi-Site Franchisee Growth Reviews Bakery Issue Reviews with Operations ~ Partner with Operations teams to review underperforming bakery locations Other tasks and projects as assigned. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field ~ MBA and/or CFA designation (or progress toward CFA) considered an asset ~3+ years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A;, or financial analysis ~ Experience supporting multi-site operations, retail,
