Valos is a boutique salon in Vancouver built around beautiful hair, good energy, genuine connection and creating a space where both clients and stylists actually enjoy being.

We’re growing and looking for a commission stylist to join our team.

We’re not necessarily looking for someone with the biggest clientele or the longest resume. We’re looking for the right person — someone who loves hair, takes pride in their work, wants to grow, and is genuinely good with people.

Someone who is

- Passionate about their craft and always wanting to learn

- Warm, friendly and easy to be around

- Professional, reliable and motivated

- Excited to build their clientele and career in Vancouver

- A team player who brings good energy into the salon

- Proud of the experience they create for their clients

A little about Valos

Think of Valos as a little Mediterranean escape in the city — warm, bright, elevated and welcoming.

We care about the little things: beautiful hair, great conversations, coffee,

making people feel comfortable and creating an environment where everyone feels good walking through the door.

We’re building a salon where you can grow without feeling like you're competing with the people around you.

We offer commission, retail opportunities, Kerastase professional products, marketing/social media support, and a beautiful space to build your business.

Most importantly, we want the salon to feel like a good place to work — supportive, positive and full of people who genuinely want to see each other succeed.

If you’re looking for a salon where you can grow your career, build a loyal clientele and feel like part of a team, we’d love to meet you.

Send us your resume, Instagram/portfolio and a little about yourself and what you’re looking for.
