Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Sales Manager to establish and recommend sales goals for the project

- Maintain accuracy and timely flow of all required paperwork and legal documentation between the Sales Centre and the central office
- Maintain visual excellence of on-site Sales Centres, showhomes and spec homes
- Maintain an accurate and current database of all prospects using Salesforce and NewStar’s Client Management System




- Document Purchaser upgrades
- Develop and maintain client and realtor relationships to support business development opportunities through active and ongoing follow-up
- Remain current on competitive sales data and inventory
- Constructively handle responses to customer inquiries and complaints in a skilled and time sensitive manner
- Represent HRM at Developer Builder’s Meetings and other Developer related events
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements: ~3-5 years of progressive sales experience; ~ Previous experience in the residential construction industry, is preferred; ~ An understanding of customer and market dynamics; ~ Strong client relationship management skills; ~ Problem-solving; ~ Previous experience with Salesforce and NewStar would be considered an asset but training will be provided if needed.

Working Conditions: Show home hours are Monday to Thursday 2:00pm to 8:00 pm, Saturday and Sunday 12:00pm to 5:00pm. Work and functions outside of show homes hours will be required.
