- Apply knowledge-based practices in home settings
- Provide home management, personal care, and respite assistance
- Address clients' physical, social, and emotional needs Requirements:
- Home Health Aide or Continuing Care Aide Certificate preferred
- Experience in Home Care or Acute Care is an asset
- Must work independently and collaboratively
- Organizational skills and self-directed approach
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required Deliver nurturing care and support to enhance the lives of clients with LLRIBHS in your communities.
