You will lead the ongoing management of outsourced service partners on a global basis, making sure service delivery is high quality, risk is managed prudently, and the relationships stay compliant with internal policies and third-party regulations.What you'll doLead the management of global service partners in line with the organization's supplier management and governance frameworkManage contract deliverables, including timely reporting, KPI adherence, validation of content, and periodic auditsAct as the subject matter expert on supplier management, coaching and training regional service leads and service partners on their responsibilitiesDrive resolution of supplier-related audit and operational risk issuesPartner with centers of excellence and regional leads on a key strategic initiative,
