Ottawa Toyota is seeking a Service Manager to lead the service department in Ottawa. You will hire, supervise and mentor technicians and service advisors, ensuring high standards of performance and customer service in a turn-key operation.
Responsibilities include training staff on policies, maintaining a skilled environment, driving efficiency, daily tech meetings, and monitoring hours per RO while coordinating dispatch and MPI’s. Previous management experience is preferred.
