This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in property management, sales, and customer relations within a fast-paced, rewarding setting.DutiesEntirely responsible for a growing portfolio of residential rental buildings, both new build and older propertiesManage all aspects of residential property operations, including leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident relationsUtilize Yardi software to track leasing activities, rent payments, and resident data efficientlyRespond promptly to resident inquiries via phone and email, providing outstanding customer service and solutionsConduct property inspections, oversee repairs,



and ensure compliance with safety standard toolsNegotiate lease agreements, renewals, and resolution of resident concerns to foster positive relationshipsMaintain accurate records through data entry, filing systems, and detailed documentation of all property activitiesCollaborate with vendors and contractors to coordinate maintenance schedules and service requests.Onboard new properties in all aspectsQualificationsMinimum 3 years experience as a BCFSA licensed rental property manager and/or minimum 5 years experience as an assistant to a licensed property manager.Proven experience in property management with strong organizational skillsFamiliarity with Yardi or similar property management software is highly desirableExcellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to build lasting resident relationshipsStrong administrative experience including data entry, filing, and record keepingKnowledge of negotiation techniques to effectively manage lease agreements and resident issuesAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while managing multiple prioritiesPrevious experience with sales or customer relationship management is a plusBCFSA rental license is MANDATORYEmbark on a career where your proactive approach and enthusiasm make a real difference!
