Generous package including extended advantages, 3 weeks vacation, RRSP matching programs, etc.What You'll DoEstimating & Proposal Preparation – Prepare accurate estimates, quantity takeoffs, unit pricing, and subcontractor/supplier pricing. Develop risk mitigation plans and ensure proposals are completed and submitted on time.Subcontractor & Supplier Management – Solicit, review,



and level subcontractor and material supply quotes while maintaining robust industry relationships and an updated pricing database.Collaboration & Client Engagement – Participate in client meetings, project interviews, and team discussions. Work closely with engineers, architects, and owners to refine cost estimates and recommendations.Training & Development – Mentor junior staff, assist in team training, maintain career progression, and update estimating software as needed.Qualifications5+ years of estimating experience within a General Contractor.Experience working on bids for ICI projects valued at $25M or more.Experience mentoring and assisting junior estimators.Experience with multiple construction methodologies (LEAN, IPD, Self Perform, CM, etc.).#J-18808-Ljbffr
