This role involves addressing tenant service requests, performing general repairs, coordinating contractors, and maintaining accurate work order records to ensure all properties meet established standards.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to and complete tenant maintenance requests in a timely and qualified mannerPerform general maintenance and minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.) across multiple residential propertiesMonitor, troubleshoot, and resolve building maintenance issuesSchedule, coordinate,



and oversee external contractors and service providersConduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and preventative measuresMaintain and update the work order system, ensuring accurate tracking and timely completion of tasksEnsure all work performed meets quality standards and complies with safety regulationsCommunicate effectively with tenants regarding service requests and follow‑upsReport on maintenance activities, issues, and project status to managementAssist in maintaining inventory of tools, equipment, and suppliesMaintain organized records and daily logs of work completed and work allocated to othersOther duties as assignedQualifications & SkillsPrevious experience in residential maintenance or a similar roleStrong working knowledge of building systems and general repair techniquesAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyGood problem‑solving and organizational skillsStrong communication and customer service abilitiesValid driver’s licenseSorbara offers competitive compensation commensurate with experience. The expected salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000.
