You Are A Strategy Consulting professional with extensive experience setting growth and transformation agendas within the Banking industry. You work with management and senior leadership to advise on strategies to transform operations or business models to achieve strategic, financial, and operational goals. As a manager, you naturally lead and develop teams, solve complex problems with strong analytical and structured thinking, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Work Run delivery of projects to understand clients’ position in the Banking industry and create practical road maps for strategy execution, change management, and value delivery Lead teams to deliver world-class business, operations, and technology strategy solutions Build relationships with senior client leaders and partner with them to create strategic solutions that establish Accenture as a long-term trusted advisor Provide guidance on quantitative analysis and research to generate recommendations and drive outcomes Strengthen Accenture’s Strategy practice by creating content and participating in qualified forums, both internal and external Mentor junior members of the Strategy team Travel Monday – Thursday may be required based on client demand; Accenture promotes a client-centric, flexible work environment Here’s What You Need Minimum 5 years of Strategy consulting experience from a Tier 1 consulting firm,



or internal Strategy equivalent Minimum 4 years of experience working with Banking, Capital Markets, and Payment institutions at the intersection of business and technology (e.G., operating models, digital disruption) Practical knowledge of Analytics and Digital Technologies Understanding of what it takes for a strategy to be executed High-level understanding of how ecosystems fit into the digital world and how digital technology is changing business Well-networked with client executives in the Canadian corporate landscape Experience running large, complex transformative programs Excellent leadership and management skills to build and foster a team-oriented environment Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize issues and present solutions to Senior Leaders Ability to hold conversations with C-suite level clients English is required for this position as it involves frequent interaction with stakeholders across Canada, the US, and other countries; English is the common language across our Global footprint A University Degree is required Bonus Points You have an MBA or equivalent graduate degree from a top business school Compensation and Role Details Compensation varies based on a wide range of factors, including location, role, skill set, and experience. Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for full-time roles; the recruiting efforts for this position are intended to fill a brand new role.
