This is a hands‑on technical leadership role through start‑up and ramp. You'll plan process routes, tooling, and fixtures, provide the process support that new launches and running production need, and drive efficiency, cost, safety, and quality through engineering. Given the role's urgency within Project North, you may start ahead of full plant relocation and travel to China for technical training during equipment
