This role will reside in our Markham Head OfficeWhat you will be doing:Manage Remarketing lists and follow up for the return of leased vehicles past their scheduled maturity dateCollection of outstanding and/or excess charges (ie invoicing of additional charges for excess kilometers, excess wear and tear, missing equipment, payments, miscellaneous fees)Answer incoming calls, process paperwork, extension of lease contracts, Dealer Condition Reports etcResolve outstanding issues with dealers/customers at lease end (payouts, invoices, security deposit etc), processing daily reportsPreparing vehicles for auction for disposal in a timely mannerWhat you bring:Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary preferred Excellent communication and negotiation skills The ability to connect with dealerships and customers Team oriented,
