As a vital team member, you will assist skilled tradespeople by preparing sites, handling materials, and performing essential tasks that keep projects moving forward efficiently. We value safety, teamwork, and a proactive attitude.

Duties

- Assist with site preparation including clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials.
- Use hand and power tools such as hammers, drills, saws, and levels
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to aid in construction and restoration projects.
- Support tradespeople with tasks like sealing, insulating, waterproofing, and cutting construction materials
- Help with demolition work and site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work workplace.




- Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure workplace for all team members.

Skills

- Proficiency with hand tools and basic construction equipment.
- Some prior experience in construction or related fields is required.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving on-site.

Pay: $26.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44.0 – 50.0 per week
