Electronics is a top technology integration firm seeking a dedicated Controller. This newly created position requires an organized individual with experience in maintaining financial data integrity. You will play a vital role managing QuickBooks, overseeing payroll, and ensuring compliance within our finance department. Key Responsibilities:
- Review financial reports for accuracy in QuickBooks and ERP systems
- Perform monthly P&L; and Balance Sheet reviews for correct GL coding
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes and reconciliations
- Prepare quarterly financial statements and manage tax submissions
- Process bi-weekly payroll and maintain accurate records Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 3 years accounting experience with private companies
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and ERP systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
