Role Overview & Key Requirements:
- Focus: Architecture and design of Conversational AI solutions using Dialogflow CX, CCAI Insights, CCAI Agent Assist, and Vertex AI Agent Builder.
- Experience:
- 8+ years demonstrating technical concepts (pre-sales/consulting/white-boarding with clients).
- 5+ years designing cloud architectures (GCP/AWS/Azure).
- 5+ years in core Conversational AI / Contact Center domain (voice, chat, call routing, CRM/telephony integrations).

- Skills: Strong proficiency in conversational design, cloud platforms, and consulting with external business and IT stakeholders. Bilingual in French or Spanish is a plus.
- Travel: Up to 10%.
