Living is looking for a dedicated Cook to report to the Culinary Manager. This role focuses on large quantity food preparation, especially for therapeutic diets. You will ensure food safety, manage menus, and be an integral part of promoting health and happiness within our retirement residences. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and deliver meals for residents and employees
- Review menus and production sheets for meal preparation
- Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed
- Complete daily temperature audits of food storage
- Participate in planning special occasion meal days Requirements:
- Food Handler's Certificate is mandatory
- Experience in large quantity food preparation
- Knowledge of special therapeutic diets required
- Must lift and transfer heavy items safely
