E-Coat Process Technician - Newmarket, ON

Pay:

Up to

$34.71/hr

+ shift premiums ( $0.75/hr afternoons, $0.90/hr nights )

What You'll Do

Monitor and maintain e-coat, wastewater, and conveyor systems Perform chemical/process testing and make process adjustments Conduct quality and performance testing on finished parts Troubleshoot and maintain process equipment Complete routine maintenance and equipment monitoring Support process reporting and maintain accurate records

What We're Looking For

Chemistry, Chemical Engineering Technology, or combination of related education/experience 5+ years in e-coating, plating, chemical processing, or similar manufacturing environments Knowledge of e-coat processes and equipment SPC, Gage R&R;, calibration, and quality systems experience is an asset Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
