Vault is a non-bank private lending company offering a wide array of financial services such as mortgage, equipment leasing and lending products. This position is a hybrid role between both sales and credit departments reporting to the Sr Originations Manager. Your main responsibility will be assisting the funding flow of working capital applications, data entry for those applications and continuously improving the process to maximize efficiency and keeping turn around times low.
This position requires the candidate to be bilingual in French and English. Perform administrative tasks related to the submission of a funding file and proceed with data entry, if applicable. ESC, Corporate Registry, Perfect Audit, Salesforce) Assist in fraud prevention within submissions by correlating documentation.
Determine documentation that causes friction with customers and make suggestions on how to improve.
Sales Support : Act as a liaison between sales and the credit department regarding SLA’s and initial decisions.

Executives to complete the files Effectively de-escalate complaints from internal sales representatives with professionalism and integrity. Provide training to sales team to help improve the accurate completion of documentation.
