As the senior site leader, you will be accountable for safety, growth, profitability, productivity, quality,



and cost across the full scope of facility operations, including return to vendor, liquidation, fulfillment, testing, and repair.You will lead a team of managers, supervisors, and hourly teammates; own site P&L;, budget, and GL; build and strengthen client relationships in support of a keep-and-grow strategy; and drive continuous improvement across the operation. This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives on accountability, sets a high bar, and wants to operate at the leading edge of a rapid-growing industry.**WHAT YOU’LL OWN****Operations & Performance*** Own daily and weekly operational plans across the facility, meeting or exceeding client SLAs and service level expectations while achieving maximum operating efficiency* Set operational goals based on KPIs and client SLAs; drive throughput, accuracy, and quality across receiving, check-in, testing, put-away, pick, pack, and ship* Maintain inventory accuracy and control; review reports and identify areas for improvement across productivity, accuracy, quality, and expense metrics* Balance labor availability against volume requirements daily; review business metricsto plan staffing for optimum department operations* Coordinate and monitor operations to ensure production rates stay consistent with business plan, reducing irregularities and damages* Manage site P&L;, budget, and General Ledger; analyze financial performance and deliver profitability against plan**Client & Business Partnership*** Build client relationships in support of a keep-and-grow strategy; partner with key
