Shape conversion strategies as the hands-on CRO Lead at KittySpout and DoggySpout. Drive immediate results through high-impact tests across our Shopify sites and paid-acquisition funnels. At KittySpout, a premium DTC brand, we’re looking for an experienced CRO Lead with 3-4+ years in running programs for Shopify brands.

You’ll engage in setting strategies and executing tests that improve conversion rates and revenue per visitor. Your expertise in Intelligems and a solid track record with paid funnels will significantly impact our brands' growth. Key Responsibilities:

- Own and manage CRO test plans for both brands
- Build, launch, and QA paid-acquisition funnels
- Brief tests, report results, and ship winners weekly
- Identify and escalate conversion drops immediately
- Collaborate with CRO agency and manage in-house transitions Requirements:
- 3-4+ years in CRO roles for Shopify DTC brands
- Proven success with AOV and RPV improvement
- Deep experience with Intelligems and related tools
- Solid testing and analytics skills
