The Job
Captain will oversee 5-10 projects, ensuring quality control from drafting through to fabrication. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in Curtain Wall design, effective communication skills, and a commitment to mentoring junior drafters. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple project stages efficiently
- Mentor and oversee junior drafting team members
- Review project documents and create necessary trackers
- Conduct weekly project coordination meetings
- Maintain document control and ensure project quality Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 5-10 years in Curtain Wall or Architectural leadership
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with Revit
