About the Role

We’re looking for a full-time Customer Experience Associate (Precious Metals Analyst) to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where no two days are the same.

You’ll be the face of our business—guiding customers through the process of buying or selling gold, silver, and other valuables. Don’t worry if you’re recent to the industry—we provide full training to give you the knowledge and confidence to succeed.

What You’ll Do

- Deliver outstanding in-person and phone-based customer service

- Evaluate jewellery and precious metals using our tools and training

- Educate customers and provide transparent, accurate information





- Maintain a clean, professional, and organized store environment

- Support day-to-day operations and contribute to team success

Schedule

Experience

- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required
