GRF is currently seeking operators for our day shifts.Day shiftStart times vary between 5:00am and 6:00am, 9‑hour shifts Monday to Friday with some overtime required on weekends.GRF operates in a cold, fast‑paced, and physical environment. Applicants must be comfortable handling meat products (beef, pork, chicken, seafood, soy, etc.) and must be comfortable with 10–40 pounds of repetitive lifting. We are currently seeking candidates who have experience with machine operation in a food processing facility.Equipment setup, assembly and operationUtilization of specific production tools and equipmentAbility to troubleshoot mechanical problemsAccurately document production resultsAdherence to strict operating procedures and food safety guidelinesStrong attention to detailRegularly inspect work environment for good housekeepingCommunicate effectively with Team Leaders and other employeesRepetitive tasks and standing in one spot for extended periods of timeMust wear all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
