You’ll analyze data for insights and support growth across business segments in a hybrid model.This Manager-level position reports to the Director, FP&A, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Collaborating with senior leaders, you’ll translate complex financial results into actionable strategies and develop your team of analysts. You'll engage in a dynamic workplace while driving process improvements and business solutions.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting initiatives
- Translate KPIs and trends into recommendations for leaders
- Build financial models and Power BI dashboards
- Oversee month-end activities and IFRS compliance
- Coach and develop finance analysts for growthRequirements:
- 5+ years in finance, including FP&A and business analysis
- CPA designation or completion of CFE preferred
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and advanced Excel skills
- Proven leadership experience in finance teams
