As the Marketing & Digital Commerce Specialist, you will play a vital role in executing marketing programs, supporting customer engagement initiatives, coordinating brand rollouts, managing digital content, and increasing product and service visibility across multiple channels. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, this position will support two major brand transition initiatives, execute integrated marketing campaigns, develop content, manage marketplace visibility, and coordinate day-to-day marketing operations across the portfolio.As the Marketing & Digital Commerce Specialist your key responsibilities will include:Planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across email, digital, print, social media, events, sponsorships, and partnershipsDeveloping and executing customer email campaigns, promotions, and recurring communicationsCreating and maintaining campaign calendars, project schedules, and marketing deliverablesPlanning, managing,



and executing brand implementation and rollout initiativesCreating and coordinating marketing content including webpages, blogs, flyers, brochures, promotions, presentations, and sales support materialsSupporting social media content planning, publishing, and audience engagementCoordinating promotional merchandise, sponsorships, community initiatives, and industry association programsSupporting video content planning and developmentManaging inventory and product visibility across online marketplaces and industry listing platformsCoordinating marketplace content, images, product information, and promotional activitiesManaging and maintaining Google Business Profiles, Bing Places, and other business listing platformsExecuting customer review and reputation management initiativesManaging marketing assets, content libraries, image repositories, and supporting documentationCoordinating multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneouslyCollaborating with sales teams, operational leaders, agencies, vendors, and partners to execute marketing initiativesTracking campaign performance and supporting KPI reportingIdentifying opportunities to improve processes, consistency, and execution efficiencyRequired Skills & QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or a related roleExperience planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaignsStrong content development, communication, proofreading, and editing skillsExperience managing websites, email campaigns, social media channels,
