Our busy Customer Service Department located in our Lambeth, Ontario facility requires a CUSTOMER SERVICE /ORDER ENTRY SPECIALIST to provide excellent service in processing orders and respond to our customers inquiries while working closely with all customer service and warranty team representatives, production staff, and branch administrators. answer and respond to customer inquiries with urgency via phone and/or email ·verify team orders for accuracy and make corrections when required ·prepare accurate quotes for window and doors using computer software ·provide customers with product and service information ·maintain good working relationships with customers,



staff, and branch administrators ·Salesforce Logging - calls, order verification, and document storage Minimum of 2 years of industry experience (windows, building products) ·Technical aptitude and high attention to detail ·Proficient in Microsoft Office applications ·Knowledge or customer service principles and practices ·Experience in a commercial or industrial setting preferred ·French speaking is an asset but not required ·Special visualization skills and blueprint reading as asset ·We offer an attractive compensation benefits package and STRAIGHT WEEKDAY EMPLOYMENT!
