This role provides essential support to customers, processes sales orders, answers inquiries, and handles walk-in customers, samples, and sales transactions in a busy call-center environment. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in customer service or call center work, solid communication and problem-solving skills, and proficient Word/Excel abilities.
