Fundica, these organizations help businesses easily identify and apply for the most relevant funding while making these organizations next generation, one-stop funding destinations. We are looking for a motivated, proactive, early-career professional to own the day-to-day relationship with our clients. You will listen to our clients, manage onboarding and training, and then drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth.

You will work alongside the President, business development, marketing, product, software development, and funding analyst team. You will support our growth in both the US and Canada by keeping clients happy and spotting opportunities early. This position is funded through the Youth Employment Program.
