Our client, a well-established and respected boutique litigation firm is seeking an Estate Litigation Associate to join their team.ResponsibilitiesManage a broad range of estates and trusts litigation matters from inception through resolutionDraft pleadings, motions, affidavits, factums, legal opinions, and other court materialsConduct legal research and develop litigation strategy for complex estates disputesAttend examinations for discovery, mediations, settlement negotiations, and court appearances (virtually and in-person as required)Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholdersIndependently manage files while meeting all deadlines and skilled obligationsContribute to client relationship management and business development initiatives where appropriateRequirementsMember in positive standing with the Law Society of Ontario5+ years of litigation experienceStrong advocacy, analytical,
