Data Quality Associate (Permanent, Part-time) Location: The successful candidate must reside within three hours of Kawartha Financial Services' Regional Office in Peterborough, ON.
Hours: 28-32 hours per week, Monday to Saturday Rate of Pay: $19.75 - $26.73 per hour It is aligned with the locations market data, as well as internal equity. As a Data Quality Associate, you will: Engage in phone conversations with members, ensuring members are comfortable providing the information required to update records. Aim to resolve and update all required data during one interactive interaction (call) with the member.
This role may also, at times, include administrative duties, data entry, staff communication (verbal and written), and other special sub-projects.
High School
Diploma or GED Equivalent A minimum of one year experience in a customer service role within the financial services industry New employees are required to disclose their vaccination status as a condition of hire. If applicable, current employees must provide proof of vaccination status on or before their first day of work.
