You will complete scheduled duties and provide detailed progress reports to the Senior Operations Coordinator, while also managing work assignments and inventory levels. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise refrigerant operators and yard organization
- Ensure completion of daily scheduled tasks
- Oversee quality control of refrigerant cylinder orders
- Train staff on SOPs and safety protocols
- Investigate incidents and enforce company policies Requirements:
- Proven leadership and multitasking skills
- Strong troubleshooting abilities for processing equipment
- Knowledge of Gas Chromatography is a plus
- Experience working in rapid-paced industrial environments
