Duties

- Supervise daily operations within the daycare, ensuring adherence to safety standards and licensing regulations
- Lead and support caregiving staff in implementing age-appropriate activities that promote development and socialization
- Coordinate classroom schedules, lesson plans, and activities to maintain a stimulating learning environment
- Monitor children's behavior, address individual needs, and provide guidance to foster positive interactions
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about children's progress, concerns, or needs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols,



including sanitation procedures and emergency procedures
- Support staff training and development to maintain high-quality caregiving standards

Skills

- Proven classroom experience working with young children in early childhood settings
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to plan engaging educational activities
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
- Excellent caregiving abilities combined with patience, empathy, and positive communication skills

Pay: $22.75-$30.42 per hour
