Job DescriptionThis position will be responsible for the finance and league reporting functions of the Toronto Raptors and Raptors 905 teams. This role will be key in driving continuous process improvements and completing timely league reporting. This role will report directly to, and work closely with the Director, Finance, and operational groups to accurately report financial results.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparation of league gate receipts reports for NBA and G‑League including game settlementsPreparation of annual planning process and forecastsGeneral accounting duties, including the preparation of month‑end closeAssist with league financial reporting for both NBA and G‑LeagueAssist with annual and league auditsAd‑hoc requests and projects as requiredQualificationsA minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experiencePostgraduate degree or diploma in a finance‑related fieldCompleted or working towards a recognized accounting designation (CPA)Thorough understanding of financial accounting principlesStrong interpersonal communication (written and verbal)
