and track software defects nu2022 Communicate issues to the development team and collaborate on solutions nu2022 Ensure the software meets specified requirements and standards nu2022 Validate that the final product is user-friendly and performs as expected nu2022 Mentor junior QA developers and lead them towards effective problem-solvingnn## Qualifications:nnRequired Qualifications nu2022 Bacheloru0027s studies in engineering, computer science or equivalent from an accredited institution nu2022 Minimum 5 years of experience in test automation and applying software testing techniques nu2022 Minimum 5 years of experience in programming (C++/C#, Java and/or Python) nu2022 Experience on tests automation tools for Desktop, Web applications or Web services (e.g. Cypress, Selenium, Test Complete, SOAPUI, Postman) nu2022 Experience with Git, GitHub and CI/CD nu2022 Fluency in English and French (working proficiency in both languages).
