Position: DevOps Engineer The DevOps / Cloud Engineer is responsible for designing, building, and supporting secure, scalable cloud environments used to deliver modern digital products. This role focuses on cloud infrastructure, automation, container platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and operational reliability, ensuring platforms are resilient, observable, and compliant with industry best practices. Design, build, and support cloud environments to enable digital product delivery Monitor application and infrastructure performance to ensure high availability Implement safeguards to maintain data integrity and prevent unauthorized access Apply industry architectural, security, and web standards and best practices Maintain development and operational environments for modern web technologies Robust AWS infrastructure and multiâaccount architecture experience CI/CD pipeline design and operations experience Cloud Infrastructure & AWS (25%) Design, provision, and manage AWS infrastructure including VPCs, subnets, security groups, IAM, EC2, ECS, EKS, RDS, S3, Route 53, and CloudFront Architect multiâaccount AWS environments using AWS WellâArchitected Framework principles Configure and maintain CloudTrail, Config, GuardDuty, Security Hub, and organizational policies Develop and maintain Terraform modules and configurations for cloud infrastructure Manage Terraform Cloud workspaces, remote state, access policies, and variables Configuration Management â Ansible (15%)



Create and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, and collections Manage inventories across dynamic cloud environments Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines Operate and administer managed OpenShift clusters on AWS Manage upgrades, scaling, access controls, and network policies CI/CD Pipelines (10%) Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and applications Implement GitOps workflows for declarative deployments Integrate security scanning and quality gates Promote shiftâleft testing and pipelineâasâcode standards Embed security controls across infrastructure and delivery pipelines Build monitoring and logging solutions using cloudânative tools Participate in onâcall support and rootâcause analysis Maintain runbooks and architectural decision records About Symbiotic Digital Symbiotic Digital provides the IT Experts you need that solve problems and get things done.
