This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for someone who takes pride in running a centre like their own.This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in setting up operations, building a strong team, and establishing a high-quality childcare environment from day one.Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of the childcare centrePlan and implement programs that support children’s development (physical, emotional, social, intellectual)Supervise, support, and mentor educatorsManage staff scheduling, performance, and daily operationsEnsure compliance with the Child Care and Early Years Act (CCEYA)Maintain a safe, clean,
