Projects typically range from $1M–$20M and require solid coordination across consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.Role OverviewThe Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction and renovation projects including estimating, scheduling, execution, and closeout. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for clients while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesProject LeadershipLead 2–4 construction projects concurrently, acting as the primary client interfaceManage project planning, scheduling, and execution from pre-construction through closeoutCoordinate subcontractors, site logistics, and project teamsConstruction ManagementOversee subcontractor procurement, scheduling, and site coordinationMonitor scope, schedule,
