Job SummaryWe are a growing mechanical shop looking for a sharp HVAC Estimator & Technical Sales specialist to help us bring in more commercial work. We don’t need you to manage a team or coordinate projects. Your entire focus will be finding the work, reading the plans, pricing it out right, and closing the deal.What You’ll DoBring in recent commercial HVAC and mechanical jobs.Read mechanical plans and prepare accurate estimates and takeoffs.Do site visits to check existing conditions before finalizing prices.Put together proposals, quotes, and invoices.Deal directly with clients to win the job.What You NeedCanadian Permanent Resident or Citizen(This is a mandatory requirement under our BCPNP program).Real experience in commercial HVAC estimating or technical sales.Ability to actually read and understand mechanical blueprints.Valid driver’s license for site visits.Compensation$35.00 - $40.00 per hour base pay.Commission on every job you win.
