The supply chain team works towards enabling better customer experience while remaining cost-efficient through supply chain objectives which include forecasting, demand and replenishment planning, inventory management, cost optimization, on-time shipping, customer satisfaction and cross-functional collaboration. As the Supply Chain Planner, you have the energy, drive, and experience to support our daily operations and reporting needs. The ideal candidate will be able to develop reports and analyze data sets, manage moving parts, fix issues, and enjoy working with various individuals, and collaborating cross-functionally with other teams. Above all, you will play an integral part in ensuring our customers receive the best possible delivery experience.In This Role You WillDevelop and refine demand forecasts using historical data and advanced forecasting methodsTranslate forecasts into replenishment plans including safety stock, lead times, and ordering parametersAnalyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to adjust forecastsIncorporate promotional activities and product launches into demand forecastsSupport vendor onboarding, data validation, and system setup across platformsPlace and manage purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers on lead times and delivery schedulesOwn the full purchase order lifecycle including transmission (EDI/API/manual), confirmations, and status updatesInvestigate and resolve discrepancies related to PO, receipt,



and invoice matchingEnsure accuracy of supply chain data and transactions across systems (Fulfil, ERP, integrations)Monitor inbound shipments and resolve supply or delivery issues impacting availabilityOversee inventory levels to prevent stockouts and excess stock, implementing optimization strategiesWork closely with Operations team to manage space requirementsCollaborate with the Marketing team to align forecasts with business goalsPrepare and analyze reports on forecast accuracy, inventory performance, and demand trendsIdentify and implement process improvements for forecasting and inventory managementResolve issues daily through ad-hoc analysis, communication, and quick actionAssist with documenting processesRegularly update and monitor operations metricsThe Qualifications And Experience3-5 years experience in an operations or supply chain environment (bonus if it’s a startup!)Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of studyAdvanced skill set in Microsoft Excel with the ability to create basic macros; experience with Power Bi is an assetPrevious experience with integrated ERP systems and EDI setup; experience with Fulfill.Io is an assetExperience working with integrated eCommerce platforms like ShopifyEngineering or data science background an assetProven ability to deliver accurate forecasting considering numerous data inputs and variablesExtremely analytical mindset with an investigative approach to situationsComfortable with uncertainty and change in a dynamic work environmentPassion for problem-solving, investigating issues, and finding quick and realistic solutionsCurious, high-energy,

The salary range for this position is $55,000- $70,000 annually.
